Does the Library have fiction books?

Yes!
At NU Library books are organized by subject. Literature / literary works / fiction is located in Block 5e, 3rd floor.
Books are arranged primarily by original language and geography. For example, English literature is shelved in section PR, and Kazakh literature can be found in section PL*.
Search by author or title in Primo to find a fiction book available in the library.
*PL section also contains Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean literature.
