I can't log into Primo

You may experience the following problems while working with databases or discovery websites.

The error might occur if you systematically use Sleep mode for your device or keep open databases. In this case, please shut down your device, start it again and complete item 1,2 of the Troubleshooting below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Troubleshooting

  1. Refresh the page or start a new search on the library's main page
  2. Clean cookies of your browser:

1-2. open Settings in your browser

3. go to Privacy and security

4. select Clear cookies and browsing data

5. proceed to Advanced

6. select Time range - All time
