Overdue books
Currently, the library does not impose any penalties for overdue books. However, the user with overdue items on their account is restricted to borrow other library materials until he/she returns the overdue items.
Lost or damaged books or other library materials
The user is required to pay for the lost or damaged item or replace it with a similar item at the same cost. To discuss costs please contact:

Lost keys from lockers or study rooms
There is no penalty for the lost key but the user should replace the lost key according to the following procedure:
- Take the original key from the office 5e.110 (Block Manager - Nazerke Malgazdarova).
- Make a duplicate of the key at your own expense.
- Return the original key to Block Manager.
- Return the duplicate key after the usage period ends.
