How to cite sources in other languages by APA?
For instance: Kazakh authors. Should write in a original language The name of author and the title or I should translate into English

The author's name should be transliterated first from the original source.
Ex: Akparova, A. or (Akparova, 2019) for in-text citation.
For titles of works, it should be transliterated and translated.
Here's an example from APA blog. Notice the use of brackets.
