What should you do in an emergency or in case of fire?
Answer
Upon hearing the fire alarm and/or if asked by the library employee, Fire Marshal (in orange waistcoat) or Security personnel:
- Leave classroom/reading room/library hall/office in an orderly fashion without panic and any hesitation through the closest fire exit stairs by following the evacuation signs.
There are fire exits on each side of the corridor and hall indicated by green EXIT and FIRE EXIT signs. DO NOT use central stairs and elevators / lifts.
- Open an emergency exit door:
1) push the green button 
2) press the door handle
- Go directly to the Assembly point which located outside at the parking lot
- Do not leave assembly point and re-enter the building until you have been informed by Fire Evacuation Marshals​.
