I saved / copied a link but now it won't open. What is happening?

Case 1
The error may appear if you saved the page in bookmarks or use the web address in the browser. These URLs are not permanent and expire for security reasons.
Troubleshooting EBSCO databases
- Having the problem below, Select Resource. Please note that no results are saved and you will have to start from the beginning.
- In the situation, as follow, you may try to login if you have a registered account on EBSCO. Otherwise, you have to close this tab (window) and start a new session in a new tab (window)
- To save or share links to articles use the permalinks
- Or login to your EDS account and save articles in the folder
- Or use the reference tools.

Case 2
You try a new search session in another window or change the browser while the first session is still active.
Troubleshooting
Logout might not work properly, it depends on the browser (Chrome, Mozilla, etc.) and system of your device (Microsoft, iOS, Safari).
If you logged out but the message still appears, please ensure that you closed all tabs in all possible browsers including the incognito window. Then, start a new search session.

If you are working with Primo or nothing of the above works or the trouble type isn't listed please report to library@nu.edu.kz or use any of the available communication channels. We would appreciate it if you provide a screenshot of the recording of the problem.
