An ebook says it's being used, how can I access it?
I can not download or read ebook. When I click on the full text of the ebook, it doesn't open and message says it's being used. What does this mean? Can we unlock it somehow?

As much as possible, the Library purchase unlimited users (UU) with simultaneous access. Depending on the purchased license, the access limitations can be applied to the ebooks from 1 to 3 simultaneous users. In that case, if the ebook has been downloaded or is being read online by another user, you might not have access to it up to 2 weeks. This is the duration/borrowing period for electronic books.
There are two ways to check if the access for ebook is available:
- You can check again the link a few days later, maybe the user has returned the book earlier.
- You can place a hold and read when the book is returned (if applicable)
