I am an alumni student but I can't log in the library's portal and access the e-resources

Alumni don't have access to the account on the library portal.

Alumni are eligible to use the library e-resources one year after graduation. Most of the resources will be available to you but registration with the current NU domain (@nu.edu.kz) is required.

Please try the following:

Use the first part of your email address as your username and the password you used to log into Moodle or the computers.
Reset the password if needed via the link below.
Use another browser
Clear your cookies and history from the browser you are using.
